Our wing king, Jared Dotson, has been the man behind the menu at Asheville staples such as Luella's and 12 Bones, Mills River favorite Juju's Craft Cookery, and has collaborated with local breweries such as Wicked Weed and Hi-Wire on specialty brews with impactful flavors.
